1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, enquiry forms, counselling services, student accounts, learning platform, classes, tests, study materials, recordings, events, and related services offered by IgnitedMinds Academy, powered by Mindlogicx Infratec Limited. By visiting the website, submitting details, making a payment, registering for a program, or using any academy service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

• Competitive examination coaching, mentorship, test preparation, counselling, and student-support services.
• Live classes, recorded classes, doubt resolution, assignments, mock tests, mentoring sessions, and digital learning resources.
• Programs delivered directly to students or through schools, colleges, universities, or institutional arrangements.
• Related communication, orientation, webinars, workshops, and academic engagement activities.

3. Eligibility and Authority

Users must have legal capacity to contract. Where a student is a minor, registration, consent, and payment must be undertaken or authorized by a parent, guardian, or institution, as applicable. The academy may request proof of identity, age, institutional affiliation, or authorization wherever reasonably necessary.

4. Registration and Account Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during enquiry, registration, or account creation.
• Login credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred without written approval.
• The user is responsible for all activity conducted through the account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported.
• The academy may suspend, reset, restrict, or terminate accounts where misuse, impersonation, suspicious activity, or policy breach is detected.

5. Fees, Payments, and Enrolment

• Program fees, registration fees, instalment schedules, and access conditions are governed by the admission offer, invoice, or payment communication applicable to the chosen program.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon satisfaction of admission requirements and receipt of the required payment or approved payment commitment.
• Delayed or failed payments may result in non-activation, suspension, or withdrawal of access.
• Taxes, gateway charges, or third-party processing charges may apply where relevant.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed separately by the Refund Policy in force on the date of enrolment.

6. Academic Delivery and Changes

• The academy may modify schedules, faculty allocation, batch composition, session format, class sequence, platform tools, academic structure, or delivery methods for operational or academic reasons.
• Recorded sessions may substitute or supplement live sessions where appropriate.
• Access duration, learning plan, test schedule, and mentorship structure may differ by program or institutional arrangement.
• The academy will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Student Conduct and Acceptable Use

• Users must behave respectfully toward faculty, mentors, staff, peers, and institutional partners.
• Harassment, abuse, disruption, impersonation, cheating, plagiarism, screen recording without permission, unauthorized distribution of materials, and misuse of discussion channels are prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or interfere with the website, LMS, servers, or accounts is prohibited.
• Students must not use the academy brand, faculty identity, logos, class content, or internal communication for unauthorized public posting or commercial use.

8. Intellectual Property

All academic content, videos, class recordings, notes, tests, designs, logos, branding elements, software interfaces, website text, and related materials made available by the academy are protected intellectual property. Except for limited personal learning use during authorized access, no material may be copied, redistributed, resold, republished, recorded, uploaded, translated, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

9. Technology and Access

• Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet connectivity, browsers, and software needed to access online services.
• Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, network issues, force majeure, third-party outages, or platform upgrades.
• The academy may monitor usage logs and platform activity for security, support, and academic administration.

10. Assessments, Results, and Academic Disclaimer

Tests, analytics, feedback, mentoring guidance, and performance indicators are intended as educational tools. The academy does not guarantee examination success, rank, selection, scholarship, or employment outcome. Academic progress depends on multiple factors including student effort, attendance, discipline, prior preparation, and exam conditions.

11. Suspension or Termination

• The academy may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misconduct, academic dishonesty, illegal activity, repeated indiscipline, abuse of staff or faculty, copyright infringement, platform misuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Termination of access does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
• Certain obligations, including fee dues, intellectual-property restrictions, indemnity, and dispute provisions, survive termination.

12. Third-Party Services

The academy may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, messaging, analytics, video delivery, customer support, or external links. Availability and performance of those services may affect user experience. The academy is not responsible for the independent terms or privacy practices of third-party services, except to the extent mandated by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the academy and Mindlogicx Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from website use, platform downtime, academic outcomes, delayed communication, third-party failure, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the academy, its company, directors, employees, faculty, representatives, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the user's breach of these Terms, misuse of services, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.

16. Amendments and Notices

The academy may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless a later date is specified. Important notices may be communicated through the website, email, LMS notifications, WhatsApp, or other registered communication channels.
